Can I buy without signing in?
Yes. Use guest checkout and provide your contact and delivery or pickup details. Keep your order reference and use the same browser to track the order. Welcome credit is available only when you sign in before placing an eligible order.
When can sellers post products?
Sellers must register, submit their shop details for screening, and receive admin approval before posting products. You can edit your application details while waiting.
How do administrators sign in?
Use the normal Halmart sign-in page, then open the admin console. Your account must have an administrator role assigned; creating a buyer or seller account does not grant admin access.
How does welcome credit work?
New buyers receive ₦5,000 of welcome credit on eligible naira purchases from Halmart Collections. Quantity savings apply first. Credit covers products, not delivery, and unused credit stays for later purchases. Credit reserved on a cancelled order returns to your balance. It cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Are sample products available to buy?
Sample inspiration photos show collection ideas, not actual stock. Prices, specifications and stock must be confirmed before a real listing can be purchased.
How do I place an order?
Open a product, chat with the seller if you have questions, then choose delivery or pickup at checkout. You will find the order under My orders.
Can I negotiate the price?
On listings marked negotiable you can send an offer. The seller can accept, decline or counter. Accepted offers turn into an order at the agreed price.
How do payments work?
Payment is on delivery, at pickup, or arranged directly with the seller. Online payment is planned but not live yet.
When can I leave a review?
Once your order is marked completed. Reviews are tied to real orders, so ratings stay trustworthy.
What does the verified badge mean?
The shop has passed a quick review of its identity and contact details. Verified shops rank higher and build trust faster.
I sell from home — is my address public?
No. You can publish only your general area and share your exact address privately with a buyer once an order is agreed.
How much does it cost to sell?
Opening a shop and listing products is free. Paid plans add more shops and products, AI advert and content tools, and premium visibility.
How does featured placement work?
Premium shops rotate through the Featured Shops section during the day, so exposure is shared fairly rather than going to one shop all day.
